Eleni, the Managing Director of BuTLY, was immersed in the world of business from an early age, thanks to her family’s involvement in the motor yachts industry. This upbringing provided her with invaluable insights into the high-end tourism sector, shaping her understanding of its intricacies and demands.Transitioning into her career, Eleni focused on advancing her operational expertise in the shipping industry. Over six years, she gained invaluable experience in handling operations efficiently and effectively, preparing her to navigate complex logistical challenges. Teaming up with her college friend, Natalia who identified a gap in the market in high-end tourism for quality domestic services, Eleni recognizing the opportunity, eagerly joined forces with her friend to develope a solution that would redefine luxury services in the Greek and international markets.

Natalia, a visionary leader with extensive experience in Greek tourism, serves as the Strategy Director and Brand Director at BuTLY. Alongside her role at BuTLY, she is the founder and manager of “Aegean Villas,” a prestigious luxury villa rental agency operating in Paros and Antiparos. Natalia’s expertise also extends to high-end real estate, where she has worked with esteemed clientele. Drawing on her global travels and luxury hospitality insights, Natalia co-founded BuTLY to address the high-end tourism market’s needs. Her background in Business Entrepreneurship from the American College of Greece, coupled with a second degree in Filmmaking from New York, underscores her multifaceted talents. Natalia’s creative vision was showcased in her debut feature film, which received acclaim at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival.
Andreas Triantafyllou

Manager
Andreas brings a wealth of experience in project management, operations, and market analysis from his tenure in the shipping and construction industries in Greece. Armed with both an MSc and a BSc in Economics from the University of Cardiff, UK, Andreas possesses strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, vital for BuTLY’s expansion. In his previous roles, Andreas excelled in coordinating global surveys and fostering cooperation between operations departments and shipping entities worldwide. Inspired by the co-founders’ vision, Andreas joined BuTLY’s team in November 2023, contributing his valuable experience to support BuTLY’s continued growth.

Nikolas, a natural people person and an HR graduate, has always excelled in social settings, effortlessly expanding his network and engaging with others. Joining the BuTLY team as its first employee, Nikolas brought his expertise in sales and operations support, playing a crucial role in problem-solving, team coordination and candidate recruitment. With his background in HR and communication, Nikolas embarked on a career in Greek Tourism and Hospitality. From Mykonos to various locations across Greece, he showcased his sales prowess, driving customer engagement and satisfaction at prominent establishments. Drawn to BuTLY’s vision, Nikolas dedicated himself to the company, aiming to establish it as a beacon of quality service and personal client connections. As he often emphasizes, “nothing beats the feeling of having happy clients.”
