We are very proud of the hospitality training programme we apply to all our candidates.
We offer our clients the same level of quality whether they choose to hire our candidates or if they would like to leverage our knowledge and expertise to train their existing personnel.
BuTLY undertakes a two-way training programme.
The first one is an in-house training programme offered by BuTLY.
Our company under an effort to maximize prospective candidates for live-in placements undertakes an expertise training for people that are newcomers, mainly in Greece, and lack of reference and experience.
BuTLY recruits people, mostly at an age range of 25 to 45 years old, and trains them on the whole spectrum of basic housekeeping.
Upon completion of BuTLY’s expertise training programme, our company becomes their reference and provides a complete and detailed evaluation to provide to their new employers.
This service is offered without the burden on any cost and its presented only for BuTLY’s exclusive clientele.
