Eleni Sikinioti
Co-Founder
As Co-Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BuTLY, Eleni leads the company’s daily operations and financial management.
Eleni’s journey began in the world of high-end tourism, having grown up in a family deeply involved in the motor yacht industry.
She went on to sharpen her operational acumen in the shipping industry, where she spent over six years managing complex logistics with precision and efficiency—experience that proved instrumental in her current role.
When her college friend Natalia identified a gap in the luxury tourism market for high-quality domestic services, Eleni recognized the opportunity and joined forces with her to create a solution that would set new benchmarks in luxury hospitality. Together, they launched BuTLY, redefining service excellence across Greece and beyond.
Natalia Stratou
Co-Founder
Natalia, Co-Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BuTLY, is a visionary leader with deep roots in the Greek tourism industry. At BuTLY, she oversees strategic direction, sales operations, and brand development—shaping the company’s identity and long-term vision with both clarity and creativity.
In parallel, Natalia is the founder and managing director of Aegean Villas, a distinguished luxury villa rental agency based in Paros and Antiparos, known for its curated portfolio and discerning clientele. Her expertise also extends into high-end real estate, where she has worked closely with prominent clients and international investors.
She holds a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and a second degree in Filmmaking from New York. Her debut feature film received acclaim at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, reflecting her unique blend of business and creative vision.
Andreas Triantafyllou
Sales & Operations
Andreas leads all “White Glove” client accounts, manages strategic B2B partnerships with hotels, and oversees Maintenance Coordination for high-end properties across Greece.Highly regarded by our clients, he brings a wealth of sales experience, project management, operations, and market analysis, drawn from his career in the shipping and construction sectors in Greece.
Holding both an MSc and a BSc in Economics, Andreas is equipped with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills—qualities that are essential to BuTLY’s continued expansion. In his previous roles, he excelled in coordinating global surveys and building effective collaboration between operations teams and international shipping companies.
Motivated by the co-founders’ vision, Andreas joined BuTLY in November 2023, bringing his expertise and dedication to help drive our mission forward.
Nikolas Sachtouris
Sales & Operations
Nikolas is responsible for all clients under “Maid for You” contracts. He is a natural people person and an HR graduate, has always excelled in social settings, effortlessly expanding his network and engaging with others.
Joining the BuTLY team as its first employee, Nikolas brought his expertise in sales and operations support, playing a crucial role in problem-solving, team coordination and candidate recruitment. With his background in HR and communication, Nikolas embarked on a career in Greek Tourism and Hospitality.
From Mykonos to various locations across Greece, he showcased his sales prowess, driving customer engagement and satisfaction at prominent establishments. Drawn to BuTLY’s vision, Nikolas dedicated himself to the company, aiming to establish it as a beacon of quality service and personal client connections. As he often emphasizes, “nothing beats the feeling of having happy clients.”

Evi Kampanopoulou

Evi is responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates tailored to our clients’ needs, with a particular focus on housekeeping, elderly care, and senior roles such as hotel managers and yacht crew.
She manages the full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing process. With over four years of experience in the hospitality industry, Evi has honed her communication, organizational, and client service skills.
Her professional journey spans roles in HR, customer relations, and front desk operations with leading hospitality brands. Evi holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and has completed multiple HR certifications, including an international certification.
