Οur Terms and Conditions

Ιt is important to mention that our company is not responsible and cannot control the following two situations:  

• If the candidate never appears at the scheduled interview and does not inform us. 
  If the candidate never shows up and does not inform on his first working day. 

• Satisfaction Guarantee: In case of dissatisfaction or any unfortunate event after successful placement our office will provide a suitable replacement at no extra charge. – this is in effect for the following cases: 

1. One month of “white glove” service – replacement policy takes place within the first week  
2. Two to four months of “white glove” service – replacement policy takes place within the first month  
3. Five or more months of “white glove” service – replacement policy takes place within 40 days.  

If in any case our office fails to source the appropriate personnel within one week then a 50% will be refunded.  

*One week is a period which we define with good will from all parties to make the appropriate appointments to complete the process.  

• Cancellation Policy concerning the deposit: On or before one month prior to the service, ex. May 1^st (if June 1^st is your starting date), then we proceed with a refund of 50%. In case the cancellation request falls after our specified period, ex May 2^nd, then there is no refund of deposit.  

• Non- Liability Clause: BUTLY IKE does not bear any responsibility for any damage, loss or theft or any harmful event that occurred during the provision of staff services at the location you have indicated and the agreed remuneration of our company will not be reduced or affected due to any event. 

• Non competition clause: No other services agreement of services can be agreed between any client of Butly  IKE and the Employee provided by Butly IKE without the previous agreement of Butly IKE and the payment of the relevant booking fee to Butly IKE.
