Ιt is important to mention that our company is not responsible and cannot control the following two situations:
If the candidate never appears at the scheduled interview and does not inform us.
If the candidate never shows up and does not inform on his first working day.
Maid for You – Households
Steps regarding our remuneration terms and clients’ guarantee:
Non-refundable deposit of 20% to cover administrative costs, which will be offset against the final payment, after completion of procedure. The non-refundable deposit (20%) covers proposals of up to three personnel profiles suited to clients’ request.
A) Within the first week (trial period) clients will test the recommended staff. If staff meets their needs, we will proceed to the remuneration of our office.
– 1,000 euros per person our clients will hire for a full-time position & for a part-time position when the salary offered is more than 500 euros.
– 650 euros per person our clients will hire for a part-time position and the salary offered is from 500 euros and below.
– 1,300 euros per person our clients will hire for either a full-time or part-time position for all employment outside of Greece, regardless of salary.
The remaining 80% of the fee should be paid after the first week of staff trial.
In case our clients find out, before the end of the second month, that the staff does not meet their needs, we will proceed with a replacement without further charges. In the odd case we will not be able to provide a replacement within 30 days then 50% of our fee will be refunded (deposit excluded).
* 30 days is a period which we define with good will from all parties to make the appropriate appointments to complete the process.B) Within the first week (trial period) our clients will try the recommended staff, and if same does not meet their needs, we will continue our research until we find the appropriate staff.
C) Finally, if the process has been completed successfully, trial period and the first two months and the staff still does not cover our client’s needs, we are at their full disposal to assist again with half the charge and without any further deposit. After the end of the first year the same case is treated as a new request.
Non- Liability Clause: BUTLY IKE does not bear any responsibility for any damage, loss or theft or any harmful event that occurred during the provision of staff services at the location you have indicated and the agreed remuneration of our company will not be reduced or affected due to any event.
Non competition clause: No other services agreement of services can be agreed between any client of Butly IKE and the Employee provided by Butly IKE without the previous agreement of Butly IKE and the payment of the relevant booking fee to Butly IKE. The above only applies to short-term employment agreements.
Maid for You – Reliever
Steps regarding our remuneration terms and clients’ guarantee:
Non-refundable deposit of 20% to cover administrative costs, which will be offset against the final payment, after completion of procedure. The non-refundable deposit (20%) covers proposals of up to three personnel profiles suited to clients’ request.
A) Within the first 3 days (trial period) clients will test the recommended staff. If staff meets their needs, we will proceed to the remuneration of our office.
– 650 euros per person you will hire for a reliever position
The remaining 80% of the fee should be paid after the 3 days of staff trial.
In case our clients out, the first 15 days that the staff does not meet their needs, we will proceed with a replacement without further charges. In the odd case we will not be able to provide a replacement within 3 days then 50% of our fee will be refunded (deposit excluded).
* 3 days is a period which we define with good will from all parties to make the appropriate appointments to complete the process.
B) Within the first 3 days (trial period) our clients will try the recommended staff, and if same does not meet their needs, we will continue our research until we find the appropriate staff.

Maid for You – B2B
Steps regarding our remuneration terms and clients’ guarantee:
Non-refundable deposit of 10% to cover administrative costs, which will be offset against the final payment, after completion of procedure.
A) Once the selection of candidates has been finalized and the employment contract has been signed between client and candidate, then we proceed to the remuneration of our office.
In case our clients find out, within the first month of employment, that the staff does not meet their needs, we will proceed with a replacement without further charges. In the odd case we will not be able to provide a replacement within 10 days then 50% of our fee will be refunded (fee per staff placement, deposit excluded).
* 10 days is a period which we define with good will from all parties to make the appropriate appointments to complete the process. The 10 days is a sourcing period that applies to replacing one candidate.
B) Finally, in case the process has been completed successfully and after the first month of employment the staff still does not cover our clients’ needs, we are at their full disposal to assist them again with half the charge (for the second month of employment). After the end of the second month of employment the same case is treated as a new request.
